Applications for the 2025-2026 school year at Rothesay Netherwood School are now open. As space is limited, we encourage families to apply early! At RNS, the academic program commences at the beginning of September and ends in June.
ADMISSION APPLICATION DEADLINES

Early Admission for all students in Grades 6 through 12. Priority is given to boarding students. Day enrolment is limited. Decisions will be offered on a rolling basis up to February 1st, 2025 for all completed applications received by December 15th, 2024.
March 15th, 2025
Admission for all students in Grades 6 through 12. Priority is given to boarding students. Day enrolment is limited.
Decisions will be offered on a rolling basis up to May 1st, 2025 for all completed applications received by March 15th, 2025.
Rolling Admission
Admission for all students in Grades 6 through 12. Priority is given to boarding students. Day enrolment is limited.
For applications received after March 15th, 2025, decisions will be offered on a rolling basis until classes are full.
INTERNATIONAL APPLICATIONS
All non-Canadian students are required to apply to the Government of Canada for an Authorization to Study in Canada (Study Permit) prior to beginning studies at Rothesay Netherwood School. This process may take at least six to eight weeks or more to complete. A student must have a Letter of Acceptance from Rothesay Netherwood School prior to applying for a Study Permit. Early Admission application is , therefore, strongly recommended.
You will be asked to create an account username and password. Please set your username as your email address. A confirmation key will be emailed to you that will allow you to continue with the account sign-in. If you require assistance with signing in to the application, please contact the Admission Office.
Download and print the teacher recommendation form here and give it to a current teacher who can best comment on your child. Once the form is completed the teacher may send it directly to the Admission Office by email, fax, or mail.
Once your application is submitted, you will be contacted for an interview by the Admission Office. Interviews are conducted in person or virtually, if necessary.
