  • Tuition Refund Plan

The RNS Tuition Refund Plan helps families by protecting their financial investment in their child’s education in the event of an unanticipated withdrawal from school during the school year.

    Tuition Fee Refund:
80% refund for medical withdrawal (with a signed medical certificate).
50% refund for all other reasons (i.e. parent transfer, dismissal, etc.).
Refunds will be calculated by the Business Office and credited to the family’s account. The refund will be a portion of the annual tuition fees (prorated based on attendance in months and the reason for withdrawal) less any scholarship and/or bursary monies awarded. A detailed calculation is available from the Business Office upon notification of student withdrawal.

    Eligibility
All families are automatically enrolled in the Tuition Refund Plan and will be charged the appropriate premium. For those who pay the annual tuition fees in full prior to the Opening Day in September, there is an option to sign a waiver declining the coverage and forgoing payment of the premium. The premium is billed automatically and coverage will commence unless a waiver form has been submitted to the Business Office.
